Never denounce the mind/body connection and the stuff coming out of natural therapy blogs these days suggested that it is the prescribed medicines that are causing the real issues associated with ill health.

Nature wins by supplying us with ALL we need in the form of food. The humble free range egg is a multivitamin in a shell and low in calorific value but high in protein, essential fats and good cholesterol and a multitude of vitamins and minerals.

Long before medicine there were herbalists who had vast knowledge of the woodland flora, fauna and fungi who could treat the ill according to their symptoms by using what was naturally available.

Along came whomever and outlawed this pastime and killed these people (I believe Christianity had something to do with this) or forced them to flee. Most of the knowledge was lost forever. It seems that there is information out there that has survived and is being presented for the public once again.

Unfortunately I hear that the medical fraternity are trying to prohibit this past time yet again as they have no control over it and probably fear its potential.

Seems that modern medicine is the route cause of modern illness and they try desperately to annihilate any reasonable alternative.

Hi Jon - im wondering as a woman, if there is a way you know of to use rapid or instant hypnosis to deter attack from aggressive persons - i.e. speak one or two words or even non-verbal hypnosis to deter agression ...most pleased to hear your reply.

Nice metaphor, lol. I do not think it it is really about how one does it, but how one is able to adjust to ones environment to make the changes needed to interact in a way that is useful and is able to be done easily.

yes, I agree with Michael , Linda, you can't just make "ignorant" comments like that and not substantiate them...Please enlighten us as to why you think Jon's video is "woefully ignorant"! I've known jon for several years, been treated by him (so has my daughter - for a very serious addiction) and he is an excellent Hypnotist - probably one of the best. All the Bsc's , MA's...Phd's in the world will never make you a good hypnotist/hypnotherapist!
