However if you are working on something individually it is better to listen to that track first before you move onto something else. If you want to purchase and listen to two or three that are related. For example losing weight you could listen to Ease and Grace, Clean and Clear and Taking Action. For confidence you could listen to Confidence Creator, Taking Action and Power of Passion. For a shift in Mindset to become more productive then Taking Action, Wealthy Mind, and Power of Passion.
