Hypnosis without trance

I often do hypnosis without the sleep like state people call trance. Trance is only the acceptance of the suggestion to the subconscious mind to “Sleep.” So trance is a symptom of hypnosis, not the hypnosis itself.

    This is the stuff I want to learn. I believe it is also called conversational hypnosis, is this true?
